All products sold by MXLIS are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are NOT for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any disease. Products have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher 18+ and accept full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and use.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with MXLIS, you agree to these terms. You confirm you are 18 years or older, that products will be used for laboratory research only, and that you accept all risk associated with handling research chemicals. MXLIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Pricing is in CAD and may change without notice. Orders are processed once payment clears. Title passes to the buyer at the point of shipment.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payment data is processed by Shopify and never stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to deliver your order (shipping carriers) or by law.

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or Telegram.

Shipping Policy

A flat $25 CAD shipping fee applies to every order, Canada-wide. Orders are fulfilled in two stages. Inventory typically takes around 7 days to reach our Canadian hub before being re-shipped to you. Transit times after dispatch vary by destination and carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking is provided once available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. MXLIS is not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers.

⚠ Address Accuracy is Your Responsibility

Triple-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you enter an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, MXLIS is not responsible for the lost package, return-to-sender fees, or the cost of reshipping. No refunds or replacements will be issued for address errors made by the customer. If you need to correct an address, message us on WhatsApp/Telegram before the order ships.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, refunds and returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
